Competition

The NASA HCI team has received reports that a similar problem-reporting system is being developed concurrently by an HCI team in Russia. As such technology would be the source of enormous national pride, competition has become fierce. The NASA team welcomes this challenge, and we remain confident that they will develop a handheld device before the Russians.
