1971, Fountain by Armand Vaillancourt at Embarcadero Center. Part of the Market Street Beautification Project, used to have the double-decker freeway as a backdrop. Now that the freeway is gone, the array of angular concrete forms can no longer be joked about as a stockpile of spare freeway parts. We just saw it randomly and ran around in it for 3 minutes.
